This extra-large rectangular pizza stone delivers professional baking results at home. Made from heat-resistant cordierite, it features a porous structure that distributes heat evenly and absorbs excess steam to create crispy-bottomed pizza without sogginess or burning.
The stone withstands temperatures up to 1450°F without warping or cracking, retains heat longer to shorten preheating times, and imparts no odor to your food. It includes a convenient PP plastic scraper for cutting dough, portioning pizza, and cleaning the cooking surface.
Constructed from cordierite. Scraper is PP plastic. After use, allow the stone to cool completely. Wash with warm water, wipe with a damp cloth, and dry thoroughly. Before first use, clean and dry the stone, then heat gradually for extended durability.
